Joining ASAP is easy and gives you the convenience of saving time and money! When you sign up for ASAP, you will automatically receive your selected products every month. Simply select the products you want each month and indicate which products you want to receive monthly by ticking the "Check if ASAP" box. Those products where you don't tick the "Check if ASAP" box will be shipped only with the current order. Please also indicate your preferred payment method - ASAP will do the rest.
If you prefer to order only once not using the automatic shipment advantage program, simply select the products you want and indicate your preferred payment method. Regular prices and standard shipping prices apply.
After joining ASAP, you can place additional orders next to your ASAP to match your specific nutritional needs. Additional orders will be shipped immediately and will not affect your current ASAP order.
As an ASAP customer, you may adjust your order each month up to three working days before your usual ASAP processing date. The current contents of your ASAP will be replaced by what is entered below. Simply choose the ASAP Date and list all the products you want. Please indicate which products you would like to receive monthly by ticking the "Check if ASAP" box. Those products where you don’t tick the "Check if ASAP" box will be shipped with your next order only. Please don’t forget to indicate your preferred payment method. There are no penalties for amending your ASAP.
ALL your ASAP products will be cancelled as soon as you click submit. You won't lose your PIN - it remains active for twelve months from your last order. There are no penalties for cancelling your ASAP. Cancellations should reach us at least three working days before the processing date of your ASAP order.
You may request a one month break in your ASAP order up to three working days before your processing date. Fill in the box "ASAP date," stating the date for your next order. Please also indicate your preferred payment method. There are no penalties for amending your ASAP.
To change your contact details (address/email address/phone numbers) or payment method – fill in the box "ASAP date," state the date and change all desired information. There are no penalties for amending your ASAP. Changes should reach us at least three working days before the processing date of your ASAP order.

You will no longer have to place orders on your FL1 and FL2 pins. Instead, you can now place all orders on your main pin, and at the end of the month, we will take care of dividing the volume up over your FL1 and FL2 pins using the current requirements:

The regular shipping price is €7,60 (inc. VAT) for up to 31.5 kg. The above mentioned guidelines apply to ASAP customers only. Our orders delivered by International Postal Service are normally dispatched within 24 hours and will be delivered in 5-7 working days for parcels
